On March 5th, we will test the firm’s Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plan by failing all communication services to our Business Continuity Data Center.
Testing will begin on Saturday, March 5th at 9:00 p.m. (ET) and will conclude on Sunday, March 6th by 8:00 a.m. (ET).
During this time, all Network Services, including phones in Philadelphia, will be down (outside callers can leave/play voicemail messages).
This means there will be no remote access to Citrix, Outlook Web Access or mobile applications (all e-mail will be delivered upon completion of the test).
If this timeframe presents a hardship, please notify the Helpdesk as soon as possible.
